Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging and include all assembly hardware and instruction manuals.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
